We’re Team 18227 Area 52 FTC, a local team from Plano, Texas. This is our 5th year competing in FTC, and we’ve won numerous awards in the past season, including:
- Think 2nd place at the World Championship
- Motivate 1st place at the Texas State Championship
- Division Semifinalist 1st pick at the Texas State Championship
- Finalist Alliance 1st pick at the North Texas Regional Championship
- Connect 2nd place at the North Texas Regional Championship
Furthermore, some of our major tenets include making STEM and FIRST more accessible to all communities, maintaining camaraderie, and most importantly, strongly adhering to FIRST’s Gracious Professionalism.

We were the finalist alliance 1st pick in early 2024 at the NTX Area Championship.
